Anyone currently work, or previously worked, with this group in Dallas? Either the IB, GSAM, Realty Division, etc. Looks like they have a bunch of different divisions in Dallas.
Any thoughts on this being not only a 'good way to break into IB' but leapfrogging the resume with GS? I ask because I'm interested in the Texas area and semi-considering relocating to there. They seem to have a lot of posts lately for some interesting roles. Just curious of any internal anecdotes to the group's prestige, type of work they do, any cool deals you can elaborate on, exits from the Dallas office, etc.

Realty management is a strange division, basically a support group for the REPIA group in new york. Also, I've heard that they don't tell you which sub-group you're assigned to until after you accept the offer.
