Good Firms in Seattle
Hello All -
I go to school in Seattle and have a general idea about some of the successful development and investment shops in the area. Not necessarily a primary market but it seems like there is a ton of institutional money being thrown around here and a lot of cool projects being built or trading hands. Curious as to what those familiar with the market think of Seattle in general and what some firms they respect are?

I hear amazon is pretty big there. They’re starting up a REPE arm that buys industrial buildings. Will be an absolute behemoth
