Greystar interview on-campus
I'm having an on-campus interview with Greystar. I applied to their investment analyst position in their HQ, Charleston. What shall I expect in the interview?
Investment Analyst so for their investment group (as opposed to developement)?
I would make sure you know how a property cash flow is created. Revenues and types of OPEX. I don’t know what specific questions they would ask but know the basics. I could go on about what I expect of analysts.
I think we were taking the same interview. I was told NYC position was closed either and I said I would be more open to Irvine, CA. lol...
