GS Urban Investment Group
Is anyone familiar with GS UIG and culture (comp/hours)? Have seen a few associate level jobs posted in the last few months and was curious what the role looks like. Seems like they are well respected and very active in the affordable space (I'm in NYC and they are working on a number of high profile projects here).
Are they hiring talent from the sponsor / developer side (assuming people with a background in affordable investment or development would fit pretty well) ? Seems like AM experience would be a plus?
Postings seem to be a dead end … I applied as well a couple times and never heard back and never of a few others with the same experience. Or , all our resumes are trash, but don’t think that’s the case
