Curious if leaving ACMBS role at issuer to go to RA to work on all CMBS is a worthwhile move beyond $? GSE pays salary + OT rn and while business is slow it is still better than salary + COLA that is paid at RA. Is the growth opportunity worthwhile?

He pushed me to be more intentional about how I talk about my experience and gave me concrete steps to prepare for interviews, from tailoring my resume to practicing financial modeling.
