GVA Handing Back Keys?
I heard from a few different sources that things are hitting the fan with GVA and one group said GVA is about to hand back a lot of keys. However, I don't see it in any news articles. Does anyone know what is going on? Are there any articles out there? Who is exposed on their deals? (equity, pref, loans)

Insane they have 20+ analysts and no real VP/MD level or other Principals. What kind of structure is that, seems cheap.
Deals are in the market, and the place is going to fall apart. When not if.
I heard that they were threatening their lenders to hand in the keys.
Nothing is in the news.
It seems like it is happening now and that will ripple through the market.
I am trying to understand fallout and timing.
This would be a catalyst for lenders to actually recognize their underwater loans.
