Everyone is talking (especially the ceo of Ares and BX) about the incredible opportunities that they expect to see / started seeing in real estate debt for the next 1-2 years. Nevertheless I haven’t seen any recruiters reaching out regarding new opportunities at MF (Ares, BX, KKR etc) or at new funds. Do you guys expect the debt funds to start recruiting more people in H2 2023?
