They were. It was weird though, I couldn't tell if the deals they were approving were based on a deliberate strategy or a reflection of them having no idea what they were doing. We were leasing an A- asset with a couple of almost full floors, and they were fine breaking it up into small tenants suites of like 2,000 SF almost immediately, because that's where we were getting most of our tour volume. They sold out of the deal and did pretty well...was just a weird approach. I made more money on that listing per hour of work invested than any in my brokerage career-no complaints.

Know them very well also, we lend to them on several deals in our area (where they are headquartered). Good company and has been great to work with. Def a jewish company. Deals around here have been very successful and around for a while.
