Career Resources
First hand experience from a really good friend who works there. You should be looking at around $130k all-in for either roles, maybe slightly less for AM. Hours worked are about the same as IB.
Used to work with a guy who exited from there after his analyst years. Quoted $75k base +40-50% bonus. This was analyst right out of undergrad pay like 2-3 years ago? Maybe it’s gone up, but echo the IB hours.
Any ideas on how this compares to Ares/KKR/Blackstone?
Have a friend who just was hired there, expect 70k + 20-30% bonus out of undergrad. Have heard they pay more if you are lateraling from another shop.
