Has anyone got into REPE after starting their career in STEM?
I had no idea about RE in college and majored in engineering instead. After a few years of work experience as a engineer and learning about PE - 100% interested in that. Currently have done my own deals on the side of the day job, but wondering if it's too late to try and get into REPE without going back for an MBA. Heard of anyone moving into a associate or VP role without going through the traditional path?
