hate my job…
but the pay is solid and at a prestigious firm… would it be better to work at a smaller/less prestigious shop or should I stick it out?

Why do you hate your job? What do you do?
Define prestigious?
I’m sorry you feel that way!
hating what you do every single day is no way to live. No doubt about it, a pay cut is worth every penny if it means you are happier
Why would you want to spend 8-12 hours per day, 5 days per week, at something you hate? Only you can decide what to do. But to me that’s not worth it.
If you care about the prestige of the firm you're working at, you don't know enough about the industry to know whether you hate your job or hate your career. I'd figure that out first
Where do u work
Cold calling at Marcus & Millichap isn’t going so well huh? #dialfordollaz
hahahahhaha does m&m have the same rep all over the country or what - Same kinda vibe in my market
I wouldn’t hate too much, established retail and net lease teams at m&m are making the money that investment bankers are fondling themselves daydreaming about. And no… I don’t work for m&m lol
How much do you make? I’m at a good firm with good culture, but pay is not great and I am constantly trying to find an out to make more.
