My Fellow Monkeys - Is anyone aware of a construction lender in the healthcare space that is currently active? Banks aren't super attractive as they require 10%+ deposits and most aren't lending. Looking for something in the neighborhood of $50M for a 55% LTC construction loan. Located in an OpZone and we have all the equity needed. Also, Tides Equity sucks and I'm still waiting for them to file chapter 11. Thanks for your help.
