Anyone familiar with the Bayside Capital real estate team at H.I.G.? What do they do? Is this all asset level special sits / distress or corporate stuff as well?

I don't think their Bayside Capital arm buy's property/asset level debt....it's more conventional PE/corporate debt. In other words, it is not real estate related.
