Highest and Best use identifier
Is there a website that I can use to find the highest and best use for a tract of land? A family member just purchased a 10 acre tract on a hard corner next to an airport (mid sized city). I was wondering if anyone knew of a service or website that I could use to plug in an address and said website would spit out a summary for the best use of a property.
The subject land is in a ‘tweener space that could realistically be suited for retail, industrial, or multi. Zoning isn’t an issue.
