Now that apps are closed though it would be a good time to start this thread up.
Applied for a couple offices but it seems that in previous years the process didn't get moving until mid-October.

Based on the most helpful WSO content, it seems that the recruitment process for SA positions often starts around mid-October. This is based on previous years' timelines and could vary slightly. It's great that you've already applied to a few offices. Now, it's a waiting game.
Remember, networking is key in this period. If you've made any contacts within the offices you've applied to, now would be a good time to reach out and express your continued interest.
Also, keep an eye on your email and be ready for potential interviews. They can sometimes come up quicker than expected. Good luck!

I heard the pay is ass? Like 60k - 75k + a 20% bonus for 1st years?
The dumbest girl in my college class works there so yea?!?!?
I guess it’s relative. Is it not competitive to firms like CBRE for first year?
Probably more like 85 in Houston and bonuses for analyst and associate are 30%.
