Hiring Acquisitions Analyst - REIT

The REIT I work at (Gladstone Commercial, NASDAQ: GOOD) is hiring for an acquisitions analyst at our DC office. Feel free to PM me your resume if you are interested. The candidate needs to have at lease 1-2 years experience, preferably in RE but willing to consider other candidates as well.

Do you mind if I ask what your Acquisition Analysts or Associates bonus is on the deals they close? I'm in a different city but I'm considering transitioning to a similar role over here. So this is informational only (Private Message me if you're more comfortable that way)

Thanks for the response RE Bootcamp. Since 2015 I underwrote 23 properties portfolio that we closed on and now i'm the Asset Manager for it. My next step is as a deal position (what I refer as an Acquisitions Associate). I'm trying to better understand what is the % bonus the deal making position makes on the deals they close. I appreciate your responses as i gain more knowledge of how the industry works.
