Hiring - Dev Analyst Role - Charleston

Vertically integrated (construction & dev) multifamily shop based in Charleston, SC. Firm has grown assets 100% YoY for last 4 years (during arguably the hardest capital markets period in last decade), on track to do so again in 2026. Currently manages ~$600m.

Seeking individual with 2+ years of multifamily experience. This individual will report primarily to VP of development but will be asked to play a role in land acquisition, capital markets, and asset management.

Comp: 100% cash comp w/discretionary bonus. Eligible for carried interest after 2 years.
