My firm (located in Ronkonkoma, NY) is looking to hire a junior analyst that will start in January 2020. We are a smaller multifamily shop that is quickly expanding, having closed on six deals this year totaling over 1,000 units. The candidate will work directly under me, the VP of Acquisitions, and while there will be a lot of bitch work, the position will actually entail underwriting deals and not just cold calling to feed a pipeline.
