Hold/Sell - How are you guys going about things these days?
We got a couple assets at their hold periods and deciding whether or not market or not. Debt markets obviously impacting true market value from prospective buyers. Appraisals are fucking bullshit and a waste of time as well. We are seeing upwards of 30% variances to true MV.
