Hotel Acquisitions/Development Analyst Compensation

I recently got an offer to join an opportunistic hotel development/investment group with $1B AUM with offices in Texas and California. Coming from the debt and equity placement side, I am not sure as to what market compensation is for entry-level hotel acquisitions/development analysts. Please share your thoughts on what would be a competitive base salary for this position. Thanks.
