Hotel REPE Case Study / Modeling
Hi! I am interviewing with a smaller REPE firm that specializes in hotel and resort investments. Mix of acquisitions, development, and debt. I am wondering if anyone has any hotel acquisition modeling tests or sample case studies with solutions to help me prep. I’m not in a real estate role currently but have decent knowledge from studying on my own time and interviews, and now just need to focus on case studies/technical components. Please lmk if you have anything thank you!!! :)
