Hotel REPE Modeling
Thought I would throw this out here on this forum and see if anyone has any thoughts. Going to interview with a smaller REPE shop that focuses on boutique hotel and resort investments. Mix of acquisitions and development and wondered if anyone on the forum had any modeling tests examples/solutions. Happy to swap/trade a few that I've collected as well.
