Today, I'm writing on WSO as I would like to have some thoughts about the following topic: How smart cities will define/shape the future of Real Estate investments?
I'm an investment analyst for a top developer (think Hines, Greystar, etc.). They hired me before the end of my master's degree and I actually need to write my final dissertation to be a fellow graduate.
