How to enhance Real Estate Finance knowledge
What are the best ways to learn more about real estate and real estate finance -- for someone who is not currently working full time but plans to be in the near future
I have found these two websites to be very useful:

Beyond that, watch some youtube videos and underwrite a "fake" deal in excel!
A couple of book recommendations. Both very good primers on real estate investment:
-"The Real Estate Game" by William Poorvu -"What Every Real Estate Investor Needs To Know About Cash Flow" by Frank Gallinelli
I also recommend checking out Spencer Burton's Youtube channel. Check out some of the "Watch Me Build" videos he does in Excel. It's a pretty good way to learn the basics of modeling real estate deals.
