How to Network RE during Internship hours over the summer
Just started my summer internship and was looking to cold email and continue networking throughout the summer. How would you guys go about this in terms of times to set up calls

Very easy. The answer is breakfast and/or coffee before the workday starts. All the people you're looking to network with are probably downtown ready at 7 AM to meet up - they all get up early.
Suggest offering a coffee chat at 8:30 AM or 8:00 AM.
Also, just be honest. Mention you're interning at X at 9-5 but free outside of that.
