How's the FT job search going for college seniors?

Title says it, how is the job search going for seniors looking for FT positions post graduation? If anyone wants to toss in firms with open apps would be great for everybody I'm sure.

I have been networking around my city during lunch breaks and everyone I have been talking to was emphasizing how its more of a hire as needed type of thing and that there isn't a "recruiting season." I'm not sure if its like this for all company's, but the ones that I have been talking to are people at JLL & CBRE type companies. My biggest question and I asked this a few weeks ago is when can we start applying for these positions if we are graduating in May and there isn't a recruiting season.

I never really got a straightforward answer, but the guy that I met with from JLL said that some of the larger offices offer a 2 year rotational analyst program and if you are interested in becoming a broker you are typically then placed in whatever group is in need, so I would keep an eye out for postings on their website. When I see it I will PM you to let you know.
