I should still have it. It's five simple excel questions where you need to use xlookups, index match, etc to find the answer and then populating a very simple proforma template and then giving a short write up on the proforma....very simple.

Overall process probably varies some, but for me it was 1 phone screen with recruiter, then 2 phone calls with MD/SVP level person, then an in-person superday where you meet the whole team.

Overall I thought people there seemed sharp but it was clear that they grind. Analysts/Associates regularly work 65-70+ hrs a week and it sounds like that's the base case. They usually are deploying $B+ year in equity so lots of work, and the CRE investments team (different from asset management team) does both acquisitions and asset management (they asset manage most of the deals they underwrite/close). Great benefits and comp will depend on your YOE, but should be something like $160 - 200k all in for 1-2 YOE. Associate is 3 YOE minimum, and should be 200 - 250k range (might be higher now idk).

Plenty of other threads about the Hudson vs Lone star thing but TL/DR is that they're basically the same - viewed as the same internally.

You realize they probably have employees on this board that see what you're doing, right?
