If you were fresh out of college now, where would you want to live and who would you want to work for

I'm going to be graduating soon from a reasonable university (top 20 worldwide), with about 9 months of internship experience at a family office. I'm not from the US, but I have US citizenship and I want to live there. I'm kind of overwhelmed with what roles to pursue and where. I therefore wanted to ask, if you could do it all over again and you were fresh out of college now, where would you want to live (in the US) and which positions/companies would you apply for (taking into account firms that hire out of undergrad, learning opportunities, culture...)?
