Industrial Crash Course
Hi all,
So I have an upcoming interview for a research/strategy gig for a shop that specializes in multi and industrial. I have worked in multi in various ways my entire career so I feel comfortable with the nuance in that space.
What I'd like to know is if anyone recommends any kind of resource to get smart on industrial (book, article, website, whatever). I don't mean the broad drivers like e-commerce that everyone knows, but more nuanced details like the importance of ceiling heights, highway access and others that someone without a ton of hands-on experience in the asset class might miss.
Similarly for European real estate more generally, what are the best resources for that since CoStar is a bit spotty in that area?
Thanks in advance.
