Informational Interviews - Do you do them?
For the full-time folk, do you respond to emails/LinkedIn messages asking to discuss potential roles?
I’m not talking about the ones asking for career advice, rather the ones straight up asking for a job.
Generally, I'll look at that person's work experience, school, etc. and decide based on that. TBH if none of those catch my eye, I leave them on read.
