Insight into KKR CMBS Team?

Title says it all: looking for insight into the CMBS team at KKR (day to day/comp/hours/culture/exit ops/etc.)

I know they're one of the biggest players in the b-piece space-appreciate all and any info.

Depends what your goals are. B-peice buying is very niche and requires strong fixed income knowledge, senior people hardly ever come from REPE/other CRE roles. Most of the work requires data analysis of property metrics and modeling out the yields for various tranches of a deal, the skill set is not applicable to REPE at all. Would not recommend unless you are set on staying in this area long term. Had a friend on the starwood PT bpeice team in Miami and he had a tough time  making the jump to REPE, ended up settling for a small lending shop
