TCC did ~10%. Hiring isn’t frozen though so seems to be combo of cost-cutting and taking the opportunity to “trim the fat”.
Basically had 1 person / 2 people a Business Unit get let go

What I've seen is when people leave they don't backfill vs firing.
Exactly what we're doing too. No layoffs yet or expected
Same here. We have had 4-5 people leave across regions and no backfill.
