They were the majority equity behind a large transaction in NYC at my previous company (we were the sponsor). I didn't work with them directly but I heard good things.

They were big buyers in 2013-2014 on the West Coast for newer trophy apartment communities. SF and Seattle. So far seems like a good bet. They have a strong rep.
