Investment Sales Analyst opportunity

Long time reader and poster to the site, and finally have something to contribute in terms of a job opportunity. For all of you looking to break into Investment Sales, my team is looking for an analyst. This is a solid team working on institutional deals. No cold calling, strictly ARGUS and Excel financial analysis, OM and BOV creation. With that being said, must have ARGUS experience and know how to model CAM reimbursements.

Just FYI, it's a really tough job market out there (for people trying to hire). If you want someone who knows how to use ARGUS and model CAM Reimbursements, you are going to have to pay. If you don't want to pay, you will need to dial back the requirements
Comp? Considering you are basically asking for 2+ years of experience in SF, I'd imagine its around $120k all in as a floor.

Is this for an immediate start and would you consider applicants from outside of the US (I'm located in Canada)? Graduating in April and possess the requisite experience.
