Investment Sales fee share within teams

Currently work at a top 5 brokerage (CB, JLL, CW etc.) on a 5-person industrial investment sales team and wondering how other teams structure fee share/what the industry standards are for analyst participation

Our split with the house who covers all expenses tiers between 50/50 & 60/40

Team is:

1 SVP

2 VPs

1 Associate

1 AN2 (me)

My years have been; AN1 65k base + 30k flat bonus, AN2 $68k base 1% of fees (which has been bad this year, but would have been ~$45k on last 2022 fees.) Is this market? What should comp look like if I continue as the lead analyst with role relatively unchanged?

Yea I'd say even mid to high COL. Think Pheonix, Atlanta, Dallas, etc. And the "associate" has kinda turned into a BS role, graduated from Sr An into a mostly schmoozing low-end clients and delegating/checking my work on actual deliverables, comp requests, pitches etc.

I just wonder on ~$3-4M net fees, how much will they think is too much? Very good WLB for what its worth too they don't grind me into the ground
