Invited to meet a large team, what to expect? (Cap Markets Analyst - CBRE/JLL/Newmark/Cushman)

Hi all, I recently completed the first round of in-person interviews with a capital markets team at one of the companies mentioned in the title. I was invited to the next round, in which I will be meeting their entire capital markets team for this office (I believe 30-40+ people total). The interview is broken up into two 30-minute windows, so it seems several people will attend each. I honestly have not had an interview like this with so many people at once, so I'm trying to prepare the best I can for what I can expect. Is this more behavioral or can I expect some technicals as well? No matter what I am preparing for anything and everything, but some advice based on previous experience would be much appreciated. Also, would it be safe to assume this can be considered the "final round"? Thanks in advance.

When you say it's for a capital markets position, is that investment sales or debt/equity/structured finance?

If it's going to be with several people at once, I would expect a few rounds of behavioral questions and some informal discussion surrounding past experiences along the lines of what you've learned, why you're interested in CP, etc.

Typically the second round of interviews will also include an analysis test, so I would firm up your understanding of return metrics and debt / sizing metrics (levered and unlevered IRR, DY, Cap Rates, DSCRs, LTPP/LTV/LTC, how to build out an amortization table and model a balloon payment, 5yr Cashflow, etc).

“Bestow pardon for many things; seek pardon for none.”

Thanks - any technicals to be prepped for or mostly conversational questions? Did you do any modeling test as a part of the interviews? And would you say this was the final round? Thanks again.
