is 120 base 100% target bonus A1 legit?

On the high end of pay for top PE firm RE roles I know 110 base with 80%+ bonus happens. So that would be around 200k all in for 1st year analysts. Does 120k base and 100% bonus out of undergrad sound right though? On top of a 25k signing bonus (i know other "top" firms will give around 30 so I can believe this)

Some IB/EB probably pay this range but I am wondering if anyone actually knows people getting paid this well in RE

Is that an actual offer you have?

Bonuses are always discretionary so you should accept the bonus number as a target and not gospel. A lot can happen from signing to payout and I don't know if any firms that guaranty bonuses to first years.

If it is real, that is incredible. I won’t hire people strait out of undergrad because it takes too much time to train them.

Just started an REPE role after 1 year of banking. 125k Base, ~80-100% bonus.

Like someone said above quasi banking hours. Average day is 9 - 7/8pm (not terrible) but when deals pick up, which is more often than not, easily working 1/2am and weekends.

You get paid for what is expected of you. I am being paid like an EB / Megafund (note my firm is not a MF but regularly competes on similar institutional levels deals) but I work like I am in banking for the most part.

One big difference vs. banking is my schedule is a bit more predictable and I rarely find myself doing BS pitches.
