Is my REPE compensation fair?
30bn AUM. Top 75 PERE. NYC.First year Analyst 85k base + 40%-80% target bonus range. No signing or relocation bonus.Trying to get thoughts on if this compensation is below average, average, or above average.
Seems average. Maybe a tad low on the base but that’s a nice bonus target

For NYC yes. Usually 90-110 base, depending on how many hours are expected
More inline with a Boston pay that we just offered one of our candidate. May be 5-10% lower for NYC standard.
Seems ok for analyst, probably a little light if you have a good background. I would target $150K+ all-in
