Is the job market improving?
I'm noticing a slight improvement since last week (more recruiters reaching out, more job postings, etc.). I was wondering if it was just me or others have noticed it as well?

I've noticed slightly more postings this month than last. Wonder how fast companies are looking to fill these positions though. Job market still seems brutal for real estate and tech.
