Is this market comp? - Asset Manager Multifamily
All in comp is ~ $70k, 2 years of experience.
In a MCOL city in SE, day-to-day asset manager responsibilities cover ~1,500 units at 9 different properties, some site visits require overnight travel. Does this seem on the lower end? In my experience, other asset managers aren't normally responsible for this many units at that comp level, or am I wrong? Would appreciate any insight you all can provide!
