Jamestown - Industry City
Does anyone have any experience about this firm and the role in this project. I've seen them on LinkedIn and the role is either from Industry City or from Jamestown. Believe this is for asset management. Anyone guess what a ballpark salary and total comp would be?
Have a friend that works at headquarters in Atlanta. Asset management analyst make 75k. Don’t remember bonus amount. But would assume 15-20%. No incentive pay until your very very senior.
Thanks, any idea what someone with 4-year experience would make at the sr analyst or associate level?
Why so much turnover at industry city and specifically within asset management? I’ve heard they bait and switch you alil but is the culture that bad?
Imagine doing a full argus run for 3+ million SF building with tenants occupying 10k sf. Want to model full base stops for that? That and i believe they underpay. There was one guy doing it like 6 years ago who managed to make himself VP in Jamestown and work on other deals
This is giving me nightmares just thinking about it
From what I've heard, the culture isn't "bad" as in toxic but it is very much a sweatshop.
Appreciate the feedback, what kinda hours would you consider sweatshop? 10 hours a day M-F + weekends year round?

Seems the turnover here is extremely high here. All in comp is probably right around $200k, but long term growth is definitely limited. Industry City works completely separate from Jamestown.
Why is the Industry City office different than their Atlanta HQ?
