Just read the article, Jesus, last time I heard it was $1MM and I was laughing it off, now it's $2MM, and the ground lease is only 60 years? What kind of shitty deal is that? I don't see anyone buying this except for foreign money who crave for the name and address.
If the paper doesn’t know, I doubt anyone here knows. If they do, they probably can’t comment. Although it’s fun to speculate, there’s no need to spread rumors.
