JLL Office Meeting

I have a meeting with an alumni who works at JLL. He wants to meet at his office. Anything I should know besides knowing my resume, how to articulate what I've done, what he does? There may be a possible position opening so would want to be ready for that, but don't know what position so guessing this is more of a come in, get to know you meeting then go from there if it goes well. Any advice would be appreciated.

Couldn't PM.

What's your advice on converting the meeting into something more. I think it went well, but they also didn't have any openings (I looked online) so I'm not sure there's much more that could've happened. He said if there was something he would introduce me to the person hiring, but there seems to be no open spots right now.
