Job Options (Help me Decide - first job)

After a long year of grinding, I ended up with basically two options:

Option 1: JLL/CBRE in Tier 2 market

Option 2: AM at fast growing REPE shop that is probably getting hurt right now because of buying so much.

-

Option 1: I will have to relocate to a city that I probably wouldn't want to be in longterm. Plus the market is a wasteland for brokerage and base is low. No clue what all in would be.

Option 2: Keeps me near home, tier 1 city. Don't want to be in AM as a career. base is 70-75k with 18-22% bonus

I am struggling to make this decision and neither really seem ideal. If I started in institutional brokerage I might make barely anything but could probably get an option 2 job easier. Neither comp is really exciting to me tbh. Kinda disappointing but what would you choose?

really? I’ve always heard institutional brokerage had the better path to good acquisitions. it’s a smaller growing company.
