Does anyone have any insight into JP Morgan’s RE arm? Compensation, reputation and types of deals they target? Saw a posting on LinkedIn and just curious as we rarely see big banks post these positions

Culture is solid (from what I’m told), this process is already in the super day stage. No clue on comp, imagine base is inline with IB (recently boosted to 100k/105k/110k) and bonus I assume is 40-50%
