I applied for the job about two weeks ago and haven't heard anything. I came across the posting on LinkedIn. Does anyone have any insight into the hiring process? I know JPM typically hires students straight out of college. The job description states they're looking for someone with 0-1 years of experience. I have 1 year of experience but a pretty solid resume... hoping I get an email from a recruiter but it's been two weeks.
