JPMorgan 2024 Commercial Real Estate Analyst Program

Hi guys, I am an Economics student looking to break into the CRE industry. I applied for JPMorgan 2024 Commercial Real Estate Analyst Program in San Francisco. I got sent a HireVue request. Does anyone have any ideas of what to expect in the HireVue? and in the interview/hiring process specifically? Thanks!

Hey there, future real estate mogul! Congrats on landing the HireVue interview with JPMorgan. That's a big step!

Based on the most helpful WSO content, the HireVue interview process can be a mix of behavioral and technical questions. The exact mix can vary depending on the role and the division you're applying to. For a Commercial Real Estate Analyst role, you might be asked about your understanding of the real estate market, valuation methods, and possibly some questions about JPMorgan and why you're interested in this specific role.

As for the timer, there seems to be some conflicting information. It could be either 30 seconds or 90 seconds, so it's best to prepare for both scenarios.

Remember, the key to acing these interviews is preparation. Make sure you're comfortable with the basics of commercial real estate and have a clear, concise story about why you're interested in this field and why JPMorgan is the right fit for you.

And don't forget to take advantage of the WSO Academy resources, like the Networking Guide and Investment Banking Prep. They're packed with tips and insights that can help you shine in your interviews.

Good luck! You've got this. And remember, every skyscraper starts with a single brick.
