Just got an offer, please give me insight
I got an offer. What would be fair terms in the offer letter to go by? Please give me some insights.
Thanks in advance!

What's your experience level at and where are you/the firm located?

I think you’re in line with SE (CLT/ATL/FL) and maybe for the DC market but not positive on that.
Their willingness to renegotiate after 6 is promising though and it appears like they want to see how you perform before any salary bump. CEL Associates should give you some good comps to come back with; I would suggest digging into their surveys.
I would say the base salary is fair considering the city and firm’s size. You gotta count your blessings in this pandemic considering you are a new grad. I’d take it, work your ass off, and in 6 months you can easily renegotiate by showing your work ethic over the past 6 months.
Fresh out of UG, this is a fair offer for sure. Especially if a Philly type market (I mean, what else is one below BOS/NYC/DC?), overall good job!
This is so much better than what I got fresh out of undergrad. So yes fair for Philly.
Yes, fair.
