Top notch based on two analysts that joined our company. I don’t know if it can all be attributed to the program and we didn’t find out until later that they both went through it before joining but they were much more knowledgeable than most other analysts.
Could just be that those who've taken extracurricular RE courses (Justin's being one of the more popular ones) are also more likely to be have the chops to learn/be more serious about the job/have more interest in RE/etc.

Can’t recommend Justin’s academy enough. I’ve taken a bunch of course and joined his academy and attribute a lot of the modeling skills and achieving a lot of my career goals to him
