KKR Real Estate Securities
I have an in-person case study coming up with KKR’s Real Estate Securities team, specifically on their CMBS side. I come from a traditional real estate private equity background and have no direct experience with CMBS or case studies focused on structured finance.
Can anyone offer advice on how to best prepare, or what to expect during the case? Any insight into the structure, modeling, or qualitative aspects would be hugely appreciated.
